Shipping

Products purchased on winternatura.it are typically shipped within 5 business days from the order date.

ITALY: Shipping costs €6.50 and is free for orders over €35.

EUROPE: Shipping costs €12.

We recommend providing an address where someone is always available to receive the delivery (e.g., your building's concierge, your office, or a neighbor you know is often home). Couriers do not deliver to PO boxes or Post Offices.

Delivery times may be delayed during special promotional events and holidays; carriers do not deliver on December 25th, December 26th, January 1st, and weekends.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, we advise you to carefully check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the shipping document that we will send you by email.
- that the labels affixed to the packages bear your name and address;
- that the external condition of the packages shows no alterations or signs of tampering: the packaging must be intact, not damaged, nor wet
- that the closing materials of the package (adhesive tape or plastic straps) have not been tampered with or altered in any way.

If you find any anomaly during these checks, we recommend that you clearly indicate it on the courier's delivery receipt by writing "SPECIFIC RESERVE."
